TT CAN! has a huge history in community work.  This is their call to arms for the CHOGM - and all you gotta do is come jump in a band. see excerpt;

 make this happen in ONE WEEK. Bring your section(s) and come."

CALLING WEBMASTERS:  Also, the not yet designed website needs a webmaster. We have a domain and a Joomla install. Not much else. Nothing else.

I'm hoping those who would work in ICT yet have little experience, not enough work, would take this chance to administrate the TTCAN! web. There will be no pay. There be a nations undying gratitude that you did it.   

You may have Taran's support. You will have mine (T spends too much time in Gulf City these days anyway.) Contact me directly bertrand[at]bhikarry.net.  If you have no other interest in your life except HTML, CSS, PHP and MYSWL - you qualify.  If even you only know what they mean - you qualify. The idea is to build your skills through working for free.  
     
Oh, one more thing this web we are talking about need to online before the 20th Nov 2009 - be warned.

Yeah, I have been spending too much time in Gulf City. The trouble is that I got a life. :-)

That said - this should be put out to the TTCS. Post it on Farcebook if you haven't already. I will as well. I don't have the time, myself, but Joomla does have supporters in the region. :-)
