Will They Ever Be Done With the Goodineaux Bridge?

Really. The Traffic. Sheesh.When they first started fixing the Goodineaux bridge, months ago, traffic was understandable. Everyone traveling from South Trinidad understood that the inconvenience was a matter of upgrading the bridge.
