In China, flooding has affected more than 200 million people in 28 provinces. Almost 5 Million people had to be evacuated or displaced as Over 1 million houses were destroyed, and over 24 million acres of farmland has also been affected. Total costs of damages estimated to be 30 Billion and counting. Over 2000 people have lost their lives, while around 700 remain missing and climbing...
